Thank you for requesting a donation from Gainan’s. As a business that is committed to the Billings community, we believe it’s important to support worthy organizations such as yours.

As you can imagine, we receive literally hundreds of requests for donations each year. And, as much as we would like to approve every one of those requests, we simply don’t have the resources.

Each week our committee of managers and family owners review all donation requests. A generous budget is set aside each year in order to provide support to a variety of causes. Whether approved or not, we will notify you. Please indicate clearly on the donation request form who we are to contact and their daytime contact number.

Your request must be submitted at least two weeks before the date the donation is needed.
