Fledge Bamboo is the world’s best double-sided bamboo cutting board. Fledge Bamboo has unique flip up edges that prevent food from falling or rolling off the sides when being transported to a pot, bowl or table for serving. Made from a unique 3 layer cross-ply bamboo, Fledge Bamboo was specifically created to be durable and dishwasher safe. Both Fledge Bamboo and the double-sized Big Fledge Bamboo also have non-slip rubber feet on both sides and a generous juice groove for carving on the underside.
